Who regulates the GP services as I’m not happy with the systems in my surgery?

If you are not happy with the systems in your GP surgery, you can make a complaint to the surgery itself or to the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) that is responsible for commissioning ( arranging and paying for) GP services in your area.

You can also contact your local Healthwatch organisation for advice and support. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which is the regulator for GPs in the UK.
