What do you understand your main responsibilities to be as a registered manager?

As a registered manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet all relevant legislation and regulation. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as local authorities, commissioners and other health and social care providers. In addition, you will need to have a good understanding of financial management in order to effectively manage budgets and resources.
