We are looking at providing rehabilitation support, would we need to register with CQC to be able to provide this support?

If you want to provide healthcare services in England, you must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This includes any services that involve providing medical care, such as rehabilitation support.

If you are already registered with the CQC to provide other social care services, you will not need to register again. You will just need to let the CQC know that you are now providing rehabilitation support.

If you are not registered with the CQC and you want to start providing rehabilitation support, you will need to apply for registration.
