If you are daughter is experiencing workplace bullying from a family member who owns the care home she works at, this can be a very difficult situation. Here are a few things you can do to help support your daughter and try to resolve the situation:

1. Talk to your daughter and encourage her to speak to a supervisor or manager at the care home. It is important that she reports the bullying behaviour so that it can be addressed.

2. Help your daughter to document the incidents of bullying. This can be helpful in demonstrating the pattern of behaviour and showing the impact it is having on your daughter.

3. encourage your daughter to speak to a trade union representative or employee assistance program if one is available. These services can provide support and advocacy for employees who are experiencing workplace bullying.

4. If the situation is not resolved after speaking to a supervisor or manager, your daughter can make a formal complaint to the care home owner or board of directors.

5. In some cases, it may be necessary to take legal action against the care home or the individual responsible for the bullying behaviour. This should be done as a last resort after all other options have been exhausted.
