How many hours does the care certificate take?

Asked by: 0 views Uncategorized

The care certificate is a set of standards that social care workers must meet in order to be registered with the Care Quality Commission. There are 15 standards in total, and each one must be met in order to achieve the certificate. The certificate itself does not have a set number of hours associated with it, as each social care worker will need to demonstrate their competence in each of the standards in their own way.

However, it is generally accepted that meeting all of the standards will take around 12-14 weeks to complete.
