To become a registered Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspector in England, you must have:
-A degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in a health, social care or other relevant subject
-Significant senior-level experience (typically at least 5 years) in health or social care
-An in-depth understanding of how health and social care services are organised and delivered
-Excellent interpersonal, report writing and analytical skills
-The ability to work independently and make objective judgements

You will also need to successfully complete our selection process, which includes an online application, written exercise, assessment centre and interview.
