In order to work as a self-employed carer in the UK, you must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
To register with the CQC, you must first create an account on their website. Once you have created an account, you will need to provide your contact details,Proof of your right to work in the UK, and proof of your professional qualifications. Once you have provided all of this information, you will be able to complete your registration.
